Choosing AmeriFreight to ship my Suburban across the country was the best decision I made. When it showed up 4 days early it brightened my day like free sunshine plus I had my new vehicle too. I worked with Bob at AmeriFreight and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Based on his advice, I used the Priority Preferred method because my Suburban was very large and heavy and being shipped from California to New York. My order was posted on Saturday and on Monday Bob personally called to tell me a carrier and dispatched my order. Bob said it would be picked up within 3 days and it was actually picked up on Tuesday, one day later. The drivers were very thorough and meticulous with evaluating the condition of the vehicle and documented everything on the bill of lading. Bob said my Suburban would be delivered to me on Wednesday the following week, which to me was completely reasonable for crossing the entire country. My Suburban was delivered to my door 4 DAYS EARLY! The carrier called me Friday evening to let me know they would be at my house between 12:30 and 3:30 on Saturday. At 1:00PM on Saturday the driver called to tell me they would be arriving in 30 minutes. When they arrived at my house they quickly and carefully unloaded my Suburban and reviewed the condition of it with me. My Suburban arrived in New York in exactly the same condition as it left California. I will definitely use AmeriFreight again to ship my vehicles. The level of customer service provided to me was outstanding and they exceeded my expectations in every way. Everyone at AmeriFreight and at the carrier was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thanks to you Bob, you are my new best friend!
