I loved the broker Bob, but was not to happy with FHT transport. The company was rude with my mother who was receiving my jeep wrangler for me in Virginia. The driver drove my jeep to my mom's house and she had to drive him back. I was unaware of this beforehand because I assumed door to door service was literally door to door. But I cannot complain because my jeep made it safely and unscratched in 10 days. I am very thankful to Bob for getting my jeep picked up by a transport company so quickly! Thank you Bob!
