Three thoughts stand out from my shipping experience.
1.) The knowledge and courtesy of the individual I contracted with. I entered into this agreement with some trepidation knowing anything could happen during the whole experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease with which I was able to reach an agreement on shipping. The individual I dealt with took his time, explained everything thoroughly and made it clear he was the one to talk to if anything went wrong.
2.) The driver called the shipping point and made all the arrangements two days prior to pick up...plenty of time to arrange personal schedules. This was important since it was a work day for the individual at the ship point so accommodating him was an important consideration. On the receiving end, the driver called me with approximately five hours notice of when he would arrive. Two more calls made receiving the shipment an easy experience. He was courteous and left no doubt in my mind that I would use him again.
3.) Simply put, all parties did what they said they would do. They did it on time and they were courteous in all dealings. Next time, I will definitely use the same people.
