Poor communication about available pickup date and when a carrier would be confirmed. Additional cost added because pickup location not on a interstate highway. Car was transported open carrier, so was dirty, but in excellent condition. Driver was very polite and considerate. Driver had trouble finding pickup location, due to being in the country.
