I worked with Graham Turner on our car shipment. He was very pleasant, extremely thorough in his explanations and returned my calls within the hour when I left a message. I had requested that the car arrive within a certain time frame (2 weeks after we had made the arrangements). Graham made a point of touching base with me during the 2 weeks just to keep me updated. Once the shipment date arrived, I was in direct contact with the driver of the truck. He too could not have been nicer and made a point of keeping me updated on his travel schedule. We were sending the car to our son in college, and when the driver arrived at the destination, he actually worked around our son's class schedule to complete the transaction. This is the first time we have ever transported a vehicle, but I "highly recommend" AmeriFreight to anyone looking for this service. The car arrived in perfect condition, and should we ever need this service again, I would ONLY use AmeriFreight !!!
