Customer service for Amerifreight was excellent. It was very convenient having one individual customer service representative assigned to help us, and having a phone number to go directly to him. Graham was very helpful over the phone and through email. We did fail to get a hold of him once as our car ended up getting picked up late on a Friday afternoon, but it was not an issue. The carrier was able to deliver the car across country in about 8 days with no problems with the car. We went for the economy shipping method and got the move done fairly quickly at just a little bit above the minimum price quote....which we knew was just a minimum as the situation with the economy method was previously explained quite clearly. Thanks for getting us the best price at a cross-country shipment and professional work!
