In order to get the "discounted" rate I had to give a pick up date 10 days prior to the date I really needed. I was given 2 hours notice that a driver wanted to ship my car (I was supposed to get 24 hours notice). The driver also wanted an extra $50 to do so. The car was delivered 1 day sooner than expected. I was lucky a friend was available to pick up the car for me.
Upon delivery, the driver managed to lock my keys in my car, twice. AAA had to be called to fix this. My friend had to wait 45 minutes for AAA to show up, in the cold NY winter.

9 days later when I got up to NY where my car was shipped to I was able to drive it. I immediately noticed something was wrong. In a nutshell the bolts holding my exhaust system up had broken. This had to have occurred sometime during transport. The rear end of my car had to have been dropped (hitting a significant bump or something similar) to cause this. I paid $70 to fix this at my local mechanic.

I was told something about a rebate I would get no matter what at the end of the process. I just received an email stating I would only get the rebate if I filled out a review. I am not sure I will get the rebate as this review is not in their favor. I would rather tell the truth.
I used a different company in the past to ship my car and had no problems. I will be using that company in the future if I ever need to ship my car again.
