Amerifreight was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly prompt. I was amazed that it only took one day to have my car picked up from the time I contracted them to handle my shipment. The only complaint that I have was that I left customer service rep two messages and my phone calls were not returned. However, the company that they used to pick up my shipment was very professional. My car was picked up in NY on Friday and was delivered in NC the following Monday. That is exceptional service! The carrier company contacted me on Sunday to give approximate ETA. They were in constant contact with me and kept me informed of the status of the shipment every step of the way. The delivery was during work hours and the driver was kind enough to deliver near my work instead of having to meet him near my home. It worked out perfect since I was able to drive it home! I would definetly use Amerifreight again.
