These guys did a good job getting my car from New York to California. Graham was very helpful on the phone and through the whole process. However, the car was not picked up at the original price quote so I had to pay extra to "motivate" the carrier to pick it up, which I think was a little ridiculous, why not quote the price that will get your car picked up right of the start. Delivery was on time and the car was not damage, however the driver had touched the inside of the car with grease in this hands (I have a tan interior) which was careless and the person who contacted me to arrange delivery actually made it a point to let me know drivers expect tip upon delivery, but he doesn't work for AmeriFreight so I guess it doesn't average into their rating. Overall my experience with AmeriFreight was positive but there is a lot to be said about a company that pays customers for their reviews. They have emailed me over 20 times offering payment for a positive review. After ignoring them for months I start getting emails stating that their employees are penalized for bad reviews and that I must submit a review in order to complete my order. While it provides them with lots of positive reviews, I think it is unethical to pay your customers. so here is my final word: My experience was good AmeriFreight, Graham was a great guy and quite friendly please don't fire him, now STOP emailing me and rethink your severe and unethical management practices.
