"number of days before or after pickup to delivery of vehicle" category doesn't allow me to input a number. So I will put it here. First available date was Dec. 12 (mon.), it was delivered on Jan. 1 (sun.). It was initially a 7 day order for $745. I hadn't heard anything so I contacted Jeff on Friday evening and he told me to check back on monday (the 19th.) I called on monday with no answer or response to my message on the phone. On tues. the 20th I received an email saying I could pay an extra $155 for an upgraded 5 day service or wait up to 10 more days.
Of course when I initially signed up for the 7 day service, I thought 7 days was worst case scenario. So when it was received 20 days later you can imagine it was a little frustrating. Now I understand it was around Christmas time and it was probably difficult to find drivers that time of year. But I did not understand how the business worked and didn't realize how the business worked. When I signed up for the 7 day service it wasn't clear to me that it really meant indefinite service.
Funny thing is, that I am very easy to work with, but unfortunately felt like I was in the dark for much of the process. There were atleast 2 calls (with voice messages left) as well as emails that were unanswered. If I would have received a call saying what was happening I would have understood and appreciated the in person conversation explaining the situation.
With that said. I did get my car in good condition and the driver of the truck that brought it was very kind and easy to work with.
