I had to get my car quickly as result of a rear ended accident on the freeway that totaled my car in December. It was my first time using a broker and or a shipper to ship my car from the East Coast to the West Coast. Due to the rush, I had to pay premium for this service, but Amerifreight couldn't locate drivers due to low offer price for the drivers to bid. After contacting Bob and expressed my frustration, his supervisor authorized him to cut his commission and offer the driver more money in order to get a quick bid. This tactic worked. We got a driver bidded on it.

Frankly, I have never used Amerifreight or its driver and or other shippers. Thus, I didn't know what to expect, but being a small business owner in the services field (www.AssureLanguage.com and www.RealtyGalore.com ) I know prompt service is imperative, especially keeping the customer in the loop with updates. I didn't get this service from Amerifreight or Ground Force One. HOWEVER, my car did arrive early!

Over all, the customer service part of this experience was average with Amerifreight and"Ground Force One" (the shipper). I have to call "Ground Force One" multiple times for arrival status in order to plan my car rental. Each time I have to speak with the owner as the office personnel gave me wrong arrival dates. All in all, service follow up and frequent updates could be improved for both companies. On the contrary, on time delivery was great as my car arrived earlier than anticipated. Most importantly, my car is awesome and I am enjoying the quietness of my Hybrid. :)
