AmeriFreight was fantastic. I had originally used another service when I first transported my car from Los Angeles to Westchester County in 2007. That was a horrible experience, as my car was misplaced and arrived 8 weeks after the scheduled delivery date. Thus, I was very hesitant shipping my car again from New York back to Los Angeles to the point I was considering driving it back. However, I tried AmeriFreight based on a recommendation from a fellow classmate, who was extremely happy with their service. The initial customer service was excellent and reassuring. I was still hesitant, but the manager from AmeriFreight kept in contact with me regularly. Then, as scheduled, a delivery truck came to my apartment to pick up the car. The man that came to pick up the car was extremely friendly, and we had a conversation regarding exactly how my car would travel across the country. He spent over 30 minutes discussing this. Sure enough, my car made it safely across the county, and actually made it there one day early. I was given the offer of accept it early, and I did. The next day, a call from AmeriFreight came to me, asking if I received the car and if I was satisfied. I definitely was. Overall, the quality was excellent, the efficiency was excellent, and both were achieved with excellent customer service.
