Graham Turner was my contact. He was very knowledgeable and very effecient in answering my questions and concerns. I could always get ahold of him by phone or email. I was told we had a carrier to transport my car a couple of days earlier but they did not have a high enough rating and I appreciated that Graham was honest and looking out for my best interest not just the company getting paid. The customer service provided by Graham was great and the transporter company he chose was very respectful, courteous, and I was always able to get ahold of them by phone also to see exactly where they were enroute. The transporter company was NN Transport LLC and Nikolay Nyvchuk was very thorough when he picked up my car to see if there was any damage to my car before transporting it. I did the same when my car was dropped off and there was NO damage at all to my car. The cost to ship my car from Tennessee to Oregon was $1018. My order # 921221570-DT. I was able to pick up my car 1 day earlier than expected. I would highly reccommend AmeriFreight to my friends and family. Thank you.
