I called the company a couple of times to confirm the time and everything as a usual practice, and I got the staff on the other end each time. Overall, the whole car moving was smooth. The vehicle was not spotless at delivery because of the open air environment, but it is not a big deal at all. The track driver kept me posted all the time, and he even found the alternate delivery site by himself which is amazing!!!
I will use this company again whenever there is a need.
