My car was available for pickup on August 30th. It took over a week from me to hear from the actual truck driver for pickup. This I realize was not AmeriFrieghts issue, however I was a bit concerned, so I emailed Graham and he was quick to return a response or would directly call me. He was prompt, helpful, and pleasant. While I did have to wait, Graham was sure to be on top of the order and would email me updates on what was going on. Soon thereafter, I received a call from the truck driver that my car was going to get picked up. About five days later, I finally received my car! It was in good condition (probably would have been better was it not for all the rain and storms) and they were very friendly. It was nice being able to stay in contact and know the progress of the transport, as I was very nervous to ship out the car all the way to California. Despite having to wait a bit longer than expected, Graham was quick to resolve the situation to the best of the companies ability and was consistent in providing updates and answering all my questions. I really appreciated that. If I had to ship my car again, I would definitely go through them.
