This was the first time shipping a car, and though it was just a short haul (MD to IN) I had a lot of questions. Jeff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. In addition, they were able to find me carrier the next day after I placed the order. However, due to my busy work schedule I missed that call. Actually, it was a series of calls that I missed as both Jeff and Sherryne tried to reach me. Thankfully, a few days later they were able to find another carrier and both Jeff and Sherryne worked to ensure that this time things happened without any issues. 2 days after pickup the car was delivered to IN just fine.
