Poor Customer Service

I paid a premuim fee of $1295 to ship my vehicle across country. It took nearly 3 weeks for AmeriFreight to find a driver to pickup and deliver my car. I was told it was a difficult delivery destination after my pickup was delayed for three weeks. I don't undestand since it was from Ca to Va. Anyway, my main complaint is that there was no communication from my contact at AmeriFreight while they were having difficulty finding a driver. I had to repeatedly contact them for an update and when I would call she didn't even know who I was. I expected aq lot more from a company with such high ratings. We researched shipping companie before scheduling with AmeriFreight and they were considered to be one of the top shippers in the country.

It is always regrettable that a customer has received a less than perfect experience from AmeriFreight. We do accept responsibility for not being able to deliver as promised with this customer. At times we fall short from delivering the high standard of customer service we are known for in the industry. We appreciate the candid feedback and will do our best to learn from this incident to improve on our services in order to prevent this from happening again.
