We had a bit of a problem figuring out the best car pickup location in Chicago. However, after that was determined, the driver was ontime and courteous and efficient. The car was delivered on time at a location quite near our home in California. The car was as we had handed it off to the driver. We would recommend both the company and the driver to our friends.
