My experience with Amerifreight and Jeff Wright was excellent for a number of reasons, such as : Jeff was very informative, helpful and spent whatever time was needed to make sure I was comfortable with the process. He explained the reason for the price, the different options as well as breaking down my needs and matching them with the option that worked best for me. The price I received ($745) was excellent and made my plans work with the price. In other words, because I had flexibility, the price I received worked well with my plans. Jeff followed up with me during the entire process and kept me informed as to what was happening. After the transport company was selected, Jeff called me and informed me of the name of the company, the approximate time of pickup - the exact time was coordinated with the driver - and the person at the transport company to contact with any questions or comments I may have. The company that delivered my vehicle was courteous and helpful. Jeff had spoken to them prior to the pickup so I knew what was going to happen and when. The delivery of the vehicle went very smoothly with no damage to my vehicle, just a little road dirt, easily washed off. Overall, the experience I had with Amerifreight and Jeff Wright makes me comfortable to use Amerifreight again when I have the need to transport a vehicle nationwide. Thank you
