AmeriFreight good; Continental Transporters=Nightmare

Jasmine & Coni at AmeriFreight (broker) were great help & found a carrier; they were also helpful in documenting/filing the damages that occurred to two of the three cars I shipped via that carrier (Continental Transporters LLC). NOTHING against AmeriFreight, but I cannot recommend doing business with Continental Transporters LLC. Damage occurred to our vehicles while in Continental's care, and they tried to conceal the damages / deny their existence. Continental would not answer their phone number while cars were 3 DAYS later than their delivery ETA. One car arrived with a bent windshield frame & brand new non-OEM windshield installed, with the rear-view mirror and inspection stickers haphazardly re-applied. Both cars had gouged bumpers and scratches elsewhere upon delivery. One car's datalog showed abuse as well. I noted these damages before signing the bill of lading and contacted Continental that day. Calls were not returned, so I had to file a claim on my own insurance (and I'm now out my deductibles until my insurance firm squeezes Continental). Sent photos / links / documentation of damages to Continental's address via Certified Mail; no response. Very sub-par experience.

BBB accredited 5 star rated. For BUDGET quotes call Jasmine 678-369-0942. Google us anytime! We are always disappointed when customers had a bad experiences in shipping their vehicles. The select processes for carriers are very strict and only those who have a good rating is used. Unfortunately some still do not deliver as promised. Continental Transporters will be placed on our blocked list and will not be used again for shipping vehicles for our customers unless they indicate that they will make right where they fell short.
