AmeriFreight has earned five out five stars! I found out about the car transportation company through a google search and decided to check them out on the Better Business Bureau website. I ended up finding out first hand that the reviews were right on the money! When I called, a lady named Jazmin answered all of my many questions,kindly and patiently, unlike the rude people I had spoken to previously from a different car transportation company who were too busy bragging about having an abundant amount of clients. She gave me good advice in how to save some more money, and seemed genuine and honest. I called back and unfortunately Jazmin was out of the office, but the man who answered was extremely helpful. Jasmin called me back promptly. The company has many knowledgeable, experienced, intelligent staff! I had the satisfaction of having received the truck drivers cell phone number! The truck driver picked up every time I called and arrived on time just as we had agreed on. He was even kind enough to tell me the route where he was headed and even disclosed personal information about where he's from etc. He ended up being a trust worthy truck driver, who delivered my vehicle in the same condition it was in at pickup. He even had my friend do a thorough inspection at drop off before signing off the paperwork for me. I ended up paying AmeriFreight two hundred and fifty dollars for their services and the truck driver one thousand twenty-five dollars. So the total price ended up being $1,275.00 to get my vehicle transported from California to Tennessee. Both companies were precise in the quotes and estimated time of arrival and remained professional even after receiving my deposit. Kudos!
