Overall, my experience was mixed, but more positive than negative. The "budget savings" plan has a built-in financial incentive to not have the vehicle picked-up very promptly. By contrast, upgrading to the higher costing plan speeds up the likelihood that a carrier will pick up and transport your vehicle. A little frustrating with communication issues with the primary contact person, but in the end, the vehicle did get picked up and was transported in good condition, no damage other than road dirt and grime.
