Overall a stressful experience for someone who had never shipped a car across country. It took two weeks for a driver to be found to pickup our car. Jasmine communicated via email and I had trouble reaching her by phone once and Jeff was able to help us. Thanks Jeff. You have to have a lot of faith in the Broker and the Driver when you elect to ship your car. All turned out fine and we would ship our car again but it is stressful when you are waiting to see if your car will be picked up at a reasonable price.
