Jeff Wright was my contact. He was absolutely delightful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and honest about what I should expect from any moving company. Only two small hitches I had (1.) Final quote ended up $70 more than the initial quote and (2.) I got only about 2 hrs window before my car was picked up which, in my case, worked out for the better as I got my car delivered earlier than expected.
The positives were numerous - car delivered on time, in good condition and great customer service. They provided all the information that I requested. Even the moving company was very flexible. I had to change the delivery address at the last minute and the driver, Fabio, had no issues with that. Overall, I had a great experience with Amerifreight and Jeff and would definitely use them again in future.
