Pickup was on time and drop off of our vehicles at our destination was even earlier than expected. We were called the night prior to confirm that the cars would be dropped off early and since we were not able to receive the cars at that time, they rescheduled the drop off at a different time- no problem. It was all very convenient. The condition of the cars was good (we shipped two cars.) The carrier was literally waiting for us with our cars when we got to our destination. Easy and quick. Quoted costs were accurate. All contact people were courteous. Our contact person was Graham.
