I requested a pick up date of 8/14/13 in Chaska, MN. I received a call on 8/12/13 informing me that my car would be picked up on 8/13/13. I would like to be clear that this was not a request, but rather a demand or my car would be delivered at least a week late. I stated I was not sure if that would be possible as I was currently packing up my home in Mankato and would not be in Chaska until 8/14. I was then told dispatch would contact me.

When I did not receive a phone call by the morning of 8/13, I called at approximately 9:30am, 1:00pm and 2:30pm. All three times I was told dispatch would contact me. One gentlemen I spoke to actually shouted over me as I tried to explain the urgency of the issue. I called again at approximately 4:00pm and finally spoke to someone who listened to my situation. Still, I had no choice but to leave a day early so that my car could be picked up in Chaska on the evening of 8/13.

In all the rush, important items were left in the car, including 4 different prescription medications. I noticed this on the evening on 8/13, therefore, if my car would have been picked up on the designated day, this would not have been an issue. Getting an emergency supply of medications cost $70. I was also not informed there was a weight limit as to what could be packed in the car and items had to be left behind. I reviewed my order confirmation prior to writing this email and there was nothing mentioned about a weight limit.

My car arrived on time but made grinding/clunking noise with every turn I made. A spring had broke in transport and it cost $496 dollars to repair. When I attempted to address this, I was met with resistance at every turn. After contacting management, the driver actually called me and said "So I hear I damaged your vehicle?" I was appalled! I filed a complaint with the BBB. The business response (4 months later) denied absolutely any wrong doing and was full of grammatical errors. Take your business to someone with a modicum of professionalism.
