Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Allegiance. The initial sales person I dealt with was Joe. He was sincere and knowledgeable. After I made the reservation, I was contacted by a lovely girl named Sarah from customer service. She kept me posted on the status of my order and sent me all of the information for the driver. I really appreciated how forth coming they were and the fact that they kept me up to date as to how the process works. My car was delivered on time and damage free.
