A week ago, we signed a contract with Carolina, an employee of Allegiance. In the contract, we specifically stated that our car be picked between the 12 and 14 of July, 2009. Allegiance was not only unsuccessful in getting a driver, but they don't have the decency to inform us that they have not been able to find a driver. To top it all, their customer service reps are a bunch of liars. On 13, I called to confirm our appointment for the next day and it was only then Sara told me that they have not been able to find a driver. I asked her to call me at 9 am the next day and let me know. That evening itself she let me know that they have found a driver. This am, I was told that by Bridget who is an unprofessional, arrogant and has a rough demeanor - that the driver has mechanical problems. Big Lie. The truth is
a) they were never able to find a driver.
b) They tried to turn the tables and say that we did not email some papers to them - when in real I have Carolina's confirmation that the contract was executed. It is interesting that the contract manager has not even once spoken to us - extremely unprofessional!
c) Bridget even said that in fine print that they could take 14 business days - translation - take their own sweet time.

They now want to charge us a processing fee of 5% and have asked us to file a claim with the claims department. Really - there was no processig at their end so why should I pay the processing fees!
Very unprofessional company and keep away. In economic times like this, here's one company which is really unprofessional with no business ethics- and very likely to shut down because of unprofessional uncouth employees. We have taken our business elsewhere.

When placing his order, Hitesh Gandhi was offered several types of services to choose from, including expedited service, which guarantees a specific pick up date. In an effort to save money, Hitesh chose the basic service, which includes a flexible pick up window. Hitesh did request for us to try and pick up his vehicle within a specific pick up window of July 12-14th. On July 9th, we did in fact dispatch a driver to pick up the vehicle on July 13th. This driver however cancelled the day before the scheduled pick up due to mechanical problems with his truck. We were in touch with Hitesh to inform him of the delay and that we were working on dispatching a new driver. We then dispatched a new driver for a pick up date of July 14th. When we called Hitesh to give him the new driver information, he informed us that he would like to cancel his order.
