The company kept in contact with me even though I had already left the state. The person I had in charge of my car in California was also kept informed. I like that I was able to track where my car was after three days. Since I moved to a neighborhood, I was able to pick my car up at a mall, which made it convenient for the truck driver and me. My sister-in-law who was in charge of having my car ready for pick up will also be using this company to transport her car from California to Virginia in November because of the excellent service provided.
