worst customer service EVER

I am sooooooo pissed at their lack of customer service.

They didn't pick up on the arranged day, they didn't even call to say that there was an issue 3 days latter i find that i am the one calling them to see what happened and i was told they where still looking for a driver then again in 7 days i called and they are still looking but I cannot have a refund until after 10 days which of course never mentioned in the high pressure sales talk with Kim a representative that misrepresented them. And Susan the supposed office manager what a joke this company is, she had the verve to say that the customer isn't always right WOW but I guess you get what you pay for. The quote is one of the cheapest and now I know why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would never use them ever check out some of the other real reviews that are not padded by this company on line don't be fooled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!

The customer wanted us to match a lower quote she received from another company which we did after explaining to her she must be flexible on her pick up date for such a low price. No carriers were willing to go to a desolate pick up location in Mississippi. The customer canceled the order and she was never charged a fee. We wish the customer the best in her future endeavors.
