This is the most disgustible experience

I will never ever contact this organization again even if I had no other option. The biggest mistake I did was, I skipped reading the reviews written by other people about this AAAT and the ordeal they went through. Had I read that, I would never have landed up like this! I have always believed that here when someone gives you a word, they actually mean it. I have taken the help of various other organizations for many purposes but I never ever went through something like this. Delivery and shipping were always perfect and they actually meant and did what they promised without cheating me. I contacted All American Auto Transport as I was moving to another state. The Senior Sales Rep, Mr. Mike Mulligan, to whom I spoke to, promised me without doubt that they would come and take my car on the 14th of April as I was flying the next day early morning. He said the car would be picked up without fail on the 14th (100% guarantee) and promised me a million times! As I had no friends or relatives in the place where I was shifting to, I booked my flight tickets, hotel, rental car, etc depending on his word. I called up him many times to verify and he always kept his word. Then on the 14th when there was no news I called up to him. He connected me to the driver who said he would not be able to make it that day and that he would come only on the 15th by noon! So I was forced to trouble a neighbor who agreed to take care of my car till the driver came as I could not postpone my flight due to work reasons. Then whenever I called Mike he would directly transfer my call to the driver, who went on postponing the time and finally took the car on 16th afternoon. Then onwards Mike never came on line directly and used to immediately transfer it to the driver even though I tried to speak to him.
Finally when I got him on the line once, he spoke to me rudely and hung up the phone. After that I didn't speak to this guy. I had even thought of seeking the help of the police. Then I went on calling the driver who kept postponing day by day till I was totally vexed. I had to extend my rental car period, lost money due to undue expenses and was so stressed out that it affected my daily activities. At one point I thought I would never ever see my car again! My life came to a standstill all because of this atrocious group. I would never advice anyone in the world to go to them.

This customer had chosen not to pay extra for a guaranteed pickup. He instead, hoped that we would be able to have a trucker in Kansas on the day he was making the car available and also leaving. We informed him that we typically need a 2 to 4 business day window to have the car picked up, but that we would do our best to get a trucker on the date he requested. It even states in our contract that we don't guarantee dates, unless they pay extra to have a local flat bed pick it up on the chosen date. The driver did communicate with him that his original pickup estimate of the 14th was off by a day or so. Denny became enraged and called back to yell and curse at us. I informed him that sometimes delays happen in this industry, but he continued to insist that we promised him a pickup on the 14th. I told him that he had not paid for specific pickup and therefore it was not guaranteed. Once the vehicle was loaded on the truck, the driver made it to Rochester in just 5 days. This customer’s review of us, is skewed, if not a lie of how things actually happened. Staff @ AAAT
