I can honestly say that I have never been treated to badly prior to dealing with this company.
I was upset but I can understand my pick-up being delayed by a week. Sometimes things happen and cannot be avoided.
I was upset but I can understand why I never received any callbacks regarding the transportation of my car even though I was told that they would get back to me immeddiately. Maybe my customer service rep has a bad memory.
I was upset but I can understand why there are no supervisors/managers that I could speak to regarding my problems. Maybe they are a small company and cannot afford to have one. They did say that I could speak to the owner but he was on vacation and they did not know exactly when he would be back.

What I cannot understand is how badly I was treated! When inquiring about why the original trucking company could not pick up my car (Apparently they do not have their own trucks and hire various trucking companies to do their transporting. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have hired them.) I was told in an arrogant way that 'We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone'. To say that I was shocked by what Mike said is an understatement. I do not know if this attitude is prevailant among the other customer service reps but I do know that I will never use them again.

This customer has chosen to leave vital aspects of his shipment out in hopes of portraying us negatively. The order to ship the car was actually placed and paid for by the dealer who this customer had bought the car from in South Carolina, maybe the breakdown in communication was between the dealer and his customer. As the dealer had no issues with us or how we took care of the shipment. The first trucking company we assigned was never informed that this Mustang had been modified with a body kit and side pipes changing the stock ground clearance. They attempted to load the car, but were concerned they might damage it and chose not to continue. We reassigned the car to be picked up by another company, who did not have any issues loading it and transported the car cross country in just 6 days. I think that is more than outstanding service based on the circumstances we had learned of after the fact.
