Terrible customer service

I was referred to All America Auto Transport when my original shipper was unable to ship my vehicle. I was assured that my vehicle would be picked up promptly and be in California within 7 to 10 days. Ten days after the pickup I contacted Stephen Myers regarding when my car would be delivered and I was transferred without warning to the shipper. The shipper had a driver quit and the cars were being held in a location the shipper would not disclose to me, with an unknown delivery date. I spoke again with Stephen Myers and he said he would make some phone calls and return my call. He did not return my call. I began to deal directly with the shipper, as Stephen Myers would tell me that he would look into the matter and then would not return my call. The shipper gave me 5 different delivery dates and none of them were correct. I finally received my car 26 days after it was picked up, over 30 days beyond the time I was told it would be picked up. In the meantime, I rented a car when the 7 to 10 day promised time period passed, and I spent several hours per week trying to figure out when my car would be delivered. I sent a letter to All America Auto Transport to explain the situation and let them know that I had a terrible experience with their company and incurred over $400 in rental car fees. Mr. Myers responded that they are not responsible for any rental car fees and he did not comment on the poor customer service. I will not use this transporter again and with the complete lack of customer service or responsibility for the delivery of my vehicle was distressing and unacceptable.

Unfortunately Stephen Myers no longer works here, so it's hard for us to determine how things went down hill for this customer and their shipment. We can assuredly say that we no longer employ Stephen Myers and strive to meet or exceed our customers expectations. You should notice this trend in more current shipments that our customers have commented on. AAAT Staff
