I always wonder how companies like this one stay in business. I found this company in a local telephone book in New Jersey. I spoke to them 6 weeks before I needed to ship my car. The gentleman I spoke to James Snyder informed me, that the earlier I book and know my moving date, the more likely my car will get shipped on time or early. So I booked it 5 weeks before the moving date. I was very flexible, regarding the date it could leave. I gave them a date (June 30th). They agreed. They said it would be picked up way before then because I booked it almost in May.

Not only did they never show, but also almost 14days afterwards I was still getting excuses from the company regarding when my car would be picked up. It put me in such a bind, cause where it was staying was only temporary, and I did that because they reassured me that my car will be picked up on time. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS AND NOT PEOPLE OF THEIR WORD.

Use this website and find the most suitable company for your situation. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU USING THIS COMPANY.

It is true that placing an order early does usually help getting a customer’s car booked and picked up close to the date the customer had said his/her car would be available to ship, however that is not always the case. Mr. Abdul had placed his order 2 weeks prior to his available date of the 30th. We did agree that we couldn’t pick up the car prior to the 30th and would do everything we could to have it picked up in a timely fashion around the 4th of July weekend. The 4th of July weekend is always tricky as most truckers at that time, especially on the routes that were coast to coast had already been booked full or were not running until sometime after the holiday weekend. After the holiday weekend Jaymes was in constant contact with the customer, as he was prior to the holiday, and was able to find a driver that could pickup his car the following week. Mr. Abdul did not want to wait any longer and cancelled his order on the 7th and was given a full refund. We have been in business a long time and don’t need to secure business from customers by lying. We average 800 to 1000 vehicles a month and it’s unfortunate when a car is delayed in being picked up due to extenuating circumstances. We normally are able to secure a trucking company and have our customers cars picked up in a 1 to 4 business day window, but things do happen and this is not always the case. As a company we do our best to give our customers all of their options so that they can make plans and reduce their stress.
