While I had a good experience with the broker, the trucker fell short on several points. First, they arrived two days late, and didn't call to let me know that they would be late. So, I was thinking I had lost my car for two days. When they did call they gave me another time, but missed that by 3 hours, with no call to tell me where they were until they had arrived (on a work day). Second, the transport sheet was covered with marks indicating scratches and dents on the car before pick-up. The car didn't have all of those dents and scratches, so I think they just marked a bunch in case they did scratch it. Finally, they wouldn't drive to myt house, even though 18-wheelers can easily make it there. Claimed the rode was too narrow. So I had to walk 6 blocks to get the car, not a big deal for me, but it might be for some people.
