I used Mercury Transport as the broker to ship my car from Niagara to Los Angeles. Mercury went with ARK Transport, who they had used many times. I spoke with Sasha at Ark Transport and she said they would be able to pick up the car in Niagara at noon on Saturday. We had to drive 2 hours to get to Niagara in order to meet the driver. Saturday at 11:30am I called the driver but he said he was enroute to Rochester first and wouldn't arrive in Niagara for another four hours. This was annoying given we were told noon pick up but they obviously scheduled another pickup at that time in another city. I guess you need to expect delays in this business but waiting four hours in a parking lot is never fun. That being said, the car arrived in LA quickly (dropped it off Saturday in Niagara and arrived Wednesday in LA). There was no damage and the driver Sergey was really nice. I would use these guys again. Thanks!
