What’s worse than horrible? ABA logistics

I booked with TM shipping and had my vehicle transported thru ABA Logistics which was, an absolute nightmare. I contacted them prior to and on the day of arrival to determine an ETA for my vehicle and received no help. After speaking with them in the morning around 9am on the arrival date I was told the dispatcher had to contact the driver to schedule an arrival time and I would “get a call back within the hour”, which seemed reasonable. Not only did I not receive a call back after waiting 4 hours I was also sent to voicemail every time I called in. I had to call TM shipping to finally get a call back and then was “greeted” by a rude dispatcher that was unhelpful, disrespectful and hung up the phone on me; and when I called back for additional assistance you... you guessed it voicemail. Apparently they are so busy over there they can’t be bothered with answering the phone, customer service, or doing their jobs. I lost time, money, and sanity dealing with these people and waiting on my vehicle. I’m still very disappointed TM shipping made the decision to go into business with these slime balls and I really do hope they make better choices in the future. What I can assure you is that it will be a huge mistake for you unless you book elsewhere. Thanks to TM intervening I did get a call back from ABA logistics to tell me my car would arrive between 5-6pm and I was grateful to finally receive it but of course not between 5 & 6, it arrived at almost 10 at night. They’re not honest, helpful, or useful so I implore you to shop elsewhere. I wish I had read half these reviews prior to my booking then I probably wouldn’t have stepped in it with them, cause ABA is tough to get off your shoes I can promise you that.

We treat people the way we are treated, some customers think that because you are paying for a service you can talk to us in any way, and that's not how it works. I really wish I could give EXACTLY times, but this is impossible, and the fact that you called every hour didn't help either, because although we value your business, you not more important than any of the other 8 customers on that truck and we need to deal with all of them. I wasn't rude, I was short and objective, because asking where he is every hour won't make him go any faster, another thing I would love to point it out is that we give estimates based on milleage and stops, we don't have the ability to predict traffic yet, and you are in Philly, if I ask you how long you will take to drive from point A to point B you won't be able to tell me, but you expect us to know that, driving a semi truck inside of the city. You are unrealistic so I am sorry you are frustrated, we could not have done anything differently, it's the business and you were overexpecting the transaction, this is not easy and I understand, we try our best to keep you on the loop.
