I bought a used van in Florida and had it shipped to Maryland. Upon it's arrival the driver claimed that it didn't have prepaid freight charges and wouldn't give me the van unless I paid an additional $375 in cash. The dealer wasn't open because of the Martin Luther King holiday. I thought it was a car dealer error and paid the freight charges. They promised to email me a receipt but they didn't and now they won't answer the phone for me or the car dealer. These people are criminals and I filed a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General. Do not use them.

We did not get paid on delivery, we made a mistake on charging, but the dealer paid on pick up and we resolved the matter immediately. It was a misunderstanding but we didnt get paid twice.
