First I want to say that this was my first transport and I was a little nervous... More from the perspective of hidden fees or bait and switch of some kind.
I posted my name and transport request online through a random web search for transport quotes or something like that. I got flooded with emails and calls within minutes and everyone was promising me fast pickup and first priority, etc. Thus fueling my thoughts of "be careful, don't get screwed" but one caller seemed to be very genuine and honest about realistic pickup and delivery times as well as the cost to do it, Jessica with AAA Transport.
I am so thankful that she was my first and I will be transporting again someday thanks to her.
She was very responsive when I requested an update for anything from arrival to the pick up window or just a simple question. She was even kind enough to provide with her personal cell phone number that I used a few times to text a question or concern... She got right back to me every time!
My car arrived safely at exactly the time I had been given. The driver was friendly and careful with my vehicle. No damage and everything was in order.
I really could go on and on about my great experience but I think if you're still reading this you get the idea. AAA Transport is a safe and reputable company and they have a real asset in Jessica! Request her when booking your transport and you won't regret it. 5 star provider!
