From the first time Michael contacted me, which was soon after I submitted my request for a quote, he was very attentive and communicative. I gather it was difficult to find a shipper that met both his standards and my time table but he eventually found an excellent shipper. Michael went the extra mile and was very solicitous of my nervousness. I would use him again without hesitation.
