Like most, this was the first time I needed to use this type of service and I was very nervous. My son was relocated to be closer to family and we needed his car shipped. I entered my request on an auto transport website that advised that I would get quotes soon- and they were telling the truth! I got so many that I was inundated, but still tried to read as many posted customer feedback listed on this site. It was very helpful, but still I was weary. Anyway, I settled with AA Automovers and was immediately contacted and helped by Mike. The original quote was for an operable car, and the quote was only $10-$20 more than the most quotes. My reasons for going with AA was because of the quoted turnaround time and the amount of positive responses posted to this site. I was also impressed by their resources in finding drivers. Just before I faxed the contract over to Mike, my son calls to tell me that the starter in his car. It was taking forever to get it fixed so I asked Mike to quote me on an inoperable pickup and delivery. I was okay with the quote. I faxed over the agreement on a Wednesday, and by Thursday evening my son's car was picked up by the assigned shipper- Braz USA Express. The truck was too wide to fit on the block so the driver and my son's friend pushed the car down the block to the truck. By Friday afternoon, my son's car was in the driveway. All completed in two days- awesome service. The driver was excellent and kept in contact with us at all times. Thanks AA Automovers for easing my fears and delivering on great quality service. I also plan on leaving a positive comment on the drivers site.
