I agree with the others negative comments and experienced nearly the same senerio. Paid a premium for quick delivery (pick up on July 5-6 and delivery by the 9th). They then contacted me and stated I would have to pay more because no driver would take the car for the price they quoted me. When I agreed, they never showed up and didn't even have the curtesy to call me or the seller to inform us they wouldn't show. When I inquired about was the status was they wouldn't respond and when I called customer service, they put me on hold for nearly 10 minutes and the person who answer wanted to argue with me. I told them if they charged my credit card I would contact the Iowa and New Jeresy attorney generals and the Better Business Bureau, and you better believe I will!
