I felt like I got run through the ringer...I told them I was leaving for m cross country trip on a monday...they told me I would be picked up on the saturday before...Once I sent the signed paperwork, I couild never reach my agent again...I called several times, as I was leaving Arizona I still had no answer.. fortunately for me I had a friend who was willing to help me. They called me when i was in OK, and said they had a truck and for another $100 they could get it picked up.. I refused, trying to hold them to the original price, after being bounced around the company I had some arrogant ass tell me I should take the offer, because i wouldn't find a better company.. well I did and found them cheaper....
