After several quotes from various companies, I decided to go with 1Flat-Rate. I was in contact with Ray, the owner, from the beginning. He was very honest right from the start about what I could expect and how much it would cost. I received phone calls from him to let me know the status of my vehicle at all times, and even received follow up emails. I called him several times with my concerns and he was always very pleasant. I even received a couple of calls from the driver himself. Not only did he make me feel comfortable about my van moving across the country, but called when he actually delivered my van to the intended location. The van arrived in excellent condition. I would recommend 1Flat-Rate to anyone wanting to move a vehicle and will use them again if I ever need to.
