I liked Ray at 1-Flat Rate right away. He seemed very honest and his price was comparable to my other price quotes. My instincts served me well. While my vehicle was being shipped, the driver encountered issues that were beyond anyone's control. It was something Ray nor I or anyone else could have prevented or forseen. My vehicle was "stranded" half-way enroute to it's final destination. Ray NEVER abandoned me through the whole ordeal. His communication with me never stopped. He called or emailed me several times a day to keep me informed of what was happening. He worked with the necessary authorities to continue transportation to my home. He could have just walked away from the whole situation and left my "vehicle" stranded. He never did. His honesty and integrity are a rare find these days. Ray saw my vehicle arrived safely at my home as planned. I am truly grateful to Ray for staying by my side and providing superb customer service. I highly recommend 1-Flat rate Shipping.
