I had a great experience with 1Flat-Rate, LLC. Ray was professional and provided excellent communication before, during and after the delivery of my car. I really appreciated his follow up on my request to have a copy of the driver's insurance before the car was picked up. I was concerned about the safety of my car during the trip since it is a classic car but it arrived in great condition and I had no problems. It was a great relief since I have experienced problems with other auto transportation companies that did damage to both the car and personal belongings, did not cover the cost of damage, and did not take half the time that Ray did to ensure that everything went smoothly. I highly recommend 1Flat-Rate, LLC!
