Absolutely awful shipping service. I am a carrier who experienced multiple communication issues with this company. I addressed them to fix the trash they provide and they did nothing but suspend and then remove my account. They abuse customers and carriers both with absurd fees. It’s a disgrace to the freight industry. I get charged 5% to work with a commercial dispatcher and uShip abuses companies and customers and takes nearly 50%. Their customer support is awful and the amount of inactive postings is absurd. It’s a wonder how people make money off utilizing them as a loadboard. Absolute trash.
