uShip doesn't help customers get there money back from dishonest brokers

The uShip agent was not interested in helping a long time customer get the issue resolved(uShip doesn't help customers get there money back from dishonest broker). The uShip agent would not answer repeated phone calls, in regards to the issue. The uShip agent would not return phone calls, in regards to the issue.The issue is still not resolved to this day. Also I would like to retract my last review on how Rhea assisted me with this issue since it's not resolved. Highly disappointed in uShip. Probably Will Not use uShip again. Also I will not recommend uShip to any of my friends or colleagues.
