I used to transport for UShip. I had a perfect rating. My last run I made for them I had an out west trip scheduled. The night before I was set to leave, my partner broke his leg. I tried to find someone to replace him. I couldn’t. I was told by UShip that if I canceled my deliveries, I would no longer be able to bid on shipments on UShip. So I did it all by myself. I accidentally scratched a customers floor and offered to pay for the refinishing. And a couch that I transported from Detroit to Chicago had some rub on the bottom back corner. UShip then suspended my account and kicked me off. I got an email today and was told for the shipments that I had already completed and was waiting to be paid on. That they were releasing the money back to the customers. I had already done the deliveries and now I’m not getting the money that I worked for and completed. Stay far away from UShip. They are crooks and will find a way to screw you over.

Hi Boyd, uShip strives to provide the best experience for both carriers and shipping customers. In order to do this, we have certain guidelines in place. I can see that uShip made the decision to suspend your account after multiple shipping customers filed damage claims. As for the return of funds, I do see your written agreement to forfeit payment due to damages caused in transport.
