Multiple missed delivery windows

Spoke with Mark V. (would not provide his full name or the name of his supervisor) who offered to compensate me $50 for missing 2 delivery windows and arriving 12 hours late from the earliest window. $50 for waiting around a full day? Poor communication, poor service, and wasted time is what UShip has to offer.
